That is why we deploy ACTUAL cost time program.  We charge customers according to the ACTUAL time spent @ (15 mins intervals).  Our Basic Rate is $80/hour plus travel cost.  We only start the timer once we are on site, and given the go-ahead.  Travel cost is based on the distance traveled from home base.  If the technician is already in your area, all the customers in that area will share the travel cost, therefore passing the savings onto you.

If no parts are involved your total is only $70 Dollars.
